Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Ciuciula Prime LLC ("InfoTub", "we", "us" or "our"), the company that operates the website infotub.com and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

InfoTub is a software platform that helps content creators turn their online channels into digital products. The Service may generate written guides (PDFs), sales pages, QR codes and related materials, and may facilitate the sale of those products to end customers through third-party payment processors.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may sign in using email and password or a supported third-party provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining access to that provider.

3. Your Content & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the channels, materials and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the rights to the content and channels you submit.
• The products you create and sell, and your use of the Service, comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any platform you reference (including YouTube).
• You will not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or prohibited activities, including those listed in our payment processor's restricted businesses policy.

4. Payments, Fees & Payouts

Payments for products sold through the Service are processed by Stripe. By selling through the Service you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Where you sell to end customers, funds are settled to your connected payment account, and InfoTub may charge a platform fee or commission, which will be disclosed to you before you publish. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your sales.

5. Digital Products

Products delivered through the Service are digital goods made available for immediate download or access. Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Ciuciula Prime LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific sales, earnings or results. Any figures shown on our website are illustrative and not a promise of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ciuciula Prime LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Service is offered worldwide; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
