Its very hard to do regular so take 1 minute rest and try again it. Then  do jump without weight like last step that is also very hard to to regular so take a 1 minute rest and then try it again. Now Do abdominal crawls for 100 feet. I sure its very hard to do for fat people but you can take rest and try it again. Now do 100 jump jacks. Next 20 push up with 5 to 15 pound weight Dumbbells.
